At PickScout, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every order to feel like the perfect pick—so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Replacements & Store Credit (14 Days)
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage not related to shipping, or is not functioning as intended, you may request a replacement or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, please provide:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or video showing the defect

Your order number
Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or apply store credit to your account—whichever you prefer.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be barely used, in its original condition, and in original packaging

All accessories and components must be included

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Order Issues Due to Shipping
If an item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling or is lost in transit, please reach out within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll help file a claim and ensure you receive a replacement or store credit.
